We are now hiring for second shift 100% REMOTE Customer Support Agents for Emergency Road Service. We are hiring remote agents in select states only: AR, IN, IA, KS, KY, MO, NE, OK, TN, TX, and WI. $15/hr base wage, with shift differential for 2nd, 3rd, Wkend.

Our Customer Support Agents work 40 hours per week, remotely from their home office on their own computer equipment. They have superior customer service and computer skills. They multi-task and make decisions quickly, to help out stranded truck drivers.

Our On-Site Representative will work out of the location of our commercial fleet customer in Lowell, AR. They will act as the immediate liaison between our company and our fleet customer.
