Finally made my Ondeh Ondeh Fatcarons from one of the best teachers ..... Shout-out to who taught me all about pandan :) Cant wait to be in Singapore for an in studio class. Also had the pleasure in baking for my friends boss on his birthday. I'm glad he loved them. 2x Pandan cake macarons with coconut cream cheese filling and gula malaka drizzle, lemon zest macarons with lemon curd filling and white chocolate. Raspberry Macarons with raspberry buttercream, raspberry compote and raspberry curd.

So many things happened after Christmas just never got a time to post these up. Everyone got a different flavor this year. creme brulee, chocolate raspberry, and vanilla guava.
