A wedding coordinator COORDINATES and MANAGES your wedding.

Coordinating your wedding takes months of preparation to ensure everyone is working from the same game plan and everything runs smoothly on the wedding day.

We will create a detailed timelines and review them with each vendor. Timelines will be provided for vendors, your wedding party, and you.

Once my team and I take over, we become the main point of contact for vendors and guests. We will oversee the entire day, from set-up, ex*****on, troubleshooting and end of event wrap-up.

We will meticulously review all the details you’ve planned to ensure nothing is overlooked or missing. We coordinate with vendors, check floorplans, and conduct the wedding rehearsal.
