Time for Love…. Now that Santa is taking a break and friends and family have vacated your home, you might want to focus on the love between you and your spouse. Days between Christmas and New Year’s Day are a perfect time to focus on each other and creating love experiences and memories. Enjoy the peace in your home with calming music, preparation of small, intimate dinners and long walks on the beach or just down main street at night under the moon-light. Enjoy a bubble bath together with candles. Attend church services at a church you have always wanted to visit. I suggest Mother Emanuel AME in Charleston – it’s an experience. You could cook and serve at a homeless shelter and share the joy of helping others together. We all enjoy having family and friends during the holidays, but do not forget to appreciate the love between you and your spouse that made your family a possibility. Howard and I are spending two weeks together state side…. Not a good time for us to travel to Egypt as planned. We look forward to enjoying each other at the Orange Bowl in Miami (Go Georgia!) and in our heavenly home at the beach! Happy New Year to all! We wish you love and happiness for 2024.

Sometimes, you just need a "time out" to just sit in it! People get it.... Don't be timid about letting family, friends and co-workers know when you need some quiet time all to yourself. They likely will benefit from a little "time out" time too!
