Hello again all! So May is over and it's going to be a hot summer. Chef George has created a new special this evening. It is our Pork Shank Ossobucco but in your choice of Pizziaola Sauce (light tomato sauce with peppers & onions) or in the Scampi Glaze (garlic, oil, honey, sun dried tomatos).
