My name is Raquel Pereboom, and I'm a Licensed Nail Technician. I graduated from Color My Nails School of Nail Technology in 2003, and worked at the Color My Nails salon for 8 years where I built my clientele, and made some amazing memories with some even more amazing women :-) When my husband and I found out we were having our first child (Sophia who is almost 2!), we knew it was time to follow t
hrough with the plan of moving my business home. This scared me, but in August, 2011, Peartree Nails was born. The name, ‘Peartree Nails,’ came from my sweet husband, Nic. Literally. Not only did he come up with it but our last name ‘Pereboom’ means “pear tree.” You’re all thinking “awwwwwwwwwwwwww”... well good, you should be ;-) He is such an amazing husband, and best friend, who has always supported me and my business since day one. Love you babe! Peartree Nails is centrally located in Murray, UT, and I have a fabulous nail studio built into the front of our house. My studio has its own entrance and parking in the front driveway. Clients are welcome to use my bathroom; I keep it just for my customers :-) However, it is not in my salon, and you may encounter many obstacles along the way such as toys, three sweet dogs (two little Shih Tzu’s, Poncho and Chiquita, and a yellow lab, Chamois), and my husband probably sporting some Homer Simpson pants lol J/K, I usually ask him to change ;-) When we first meet, I’ll give you the grand tour so come prepared! I am a busy mom by day and a dedicated business owner by night! I make time for my family first and foremost, and I dedicate myself to my clients when they are here, I do nails by appointment only. My appointment times are MTWF starting in the evening, Thursdays all day, and Saturday days. I always keep in communication with my clients; if we have an appointment I will be there, and I send out reminder texts. Please let me know if you’re running late or need to reschedule. Call or text me for an appointment 801-631-3352
