We all fall into our own ways of working.

Some people work with Post-it notes and scraps of paper all over their desks. While others like to keep everything digital.

There’s no right or wrong way of doing things when it comes to productivity, and we all have
our preferences.
If you’re looking to have a rethink about ways to be more productive as we head into 2021,
here are three great apps that can help.

Toggl: Lets you easily track your time so you can see how much time you’re spending on
different tasks.
Whether you want to see which clients are eating up your time, or how long you spend on
video calls every day, Toggl makes it super quick and easy to keep an eye on where your time
is going.
Understanding where your time goes is the first step to making your time work better for you.

Trello: Is a great tool for organizing your life.
It lets you set up ‘boards’, ‘lists’, and ‘cards’ and give you the freedom to use them pretty
much however you want. It’s a very flexible tool.
Trello’s great for work too, especially for teamwork and project management.

Pocket: If you’re anything like me, you’re constantly bombarded with links to articles and
websites that you simply don’t have the time to read straight away.
Pocket is a great app that lets you quickly file away and categorize any links that you want to
come back to later.
It’s available as a browser extension as well as a mobile app for iOS and Android.

Hi everyone!

If your IT systems are compromised.

And hackers help themselves to your data.

The impact on your business WILL be severe.

Not only will it dent the confidence of your existing customers and potentially ruin your reputation with prospective customers. But it can also end with your business facing serious legal action and fines.

Here are three reasons to take your data security seriously:

1) In 2019 there were over 1,470 reported data breaches in the United States that exposed over 164 million sensitive records.

2) It takes an average of 280 days for businesses to notice they have a data breach.

3) The average cost of a data breach is over $3 million, with the United States having the highest average at $8.64 million.

To ensure that your data is secure, partnering with the right IT support team is critical.

Hit reply to this post or give us a call on (385)-800-1117 to discuss how we can keep your data safe.
