“You’re too young to have back surgery…”
❌ But living in pain every day isn’t an option either.❌

I injured myself last February, 3 weeks before the Arnold 2025… and I’ve been dealing with that pain ever since.
For over a year, I pushed through it—trying every conservative method I could.
It got to the point where I could barely stand or walk for more than 2 minutes without pain.😩
Today?
I’m standing tall with better posture.
I’m walking without pain.
And I just ran 1 mile… pain-free.🤗💜
Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. 🙏🏾

Growing up in Haiti was an incredible experience, but it also exposed me to some harsh realities. Have you ever experienced a CS gas attack at your school by criminals? Has your family ever been kidnapped? Have you ever had to return home because riots closed down the streets?….. yeahhh
Despite the challenges, we made the most of what little we had. We still found happiness 🥹
For me, bodybuilding is a privilege that I cherish, and it reminds me to stay grounded and appreciate my roots..
