Half baths are simple on paper, but they can be one of the best moments in the house.
This is where homeowners take risks with wallpaper, bold lighting, vanities. Things you wouldn’t carry through the entire home but can fully commit to in a small space.

This is where staying involved changes everything.
This staircase and the entire third floor was never part of the original plans. By working closely with the builder during framing, we were able to rethink the space in real time and create an opportunity that wasn’t there before.
Now it feels intentional. Almost hidden. A quiet transition to a space that gives this home more. A playroom. A reading nook. A space you don’t notice at first… but end up using every day.
That’s the difference between drawing a plan and designing a home.
