The Optimistic Lemon

Aspergillus is just one of the many toxigenic molds in which I’ve tested positive, and this on in particular at the highest level, Class IV. It’s really frustrating when people, especially the medical community, don’t take mold exposure seriously. I’m extremely grateful for the friends, family, and medical professionals who do take the time to understand and learn about this silent killer. It contributes to so many other chronic illnesses...it’s treatable!

I’m a nerd for information. This paper by the CDC highlights fungal infections and the mycotoxins they produce, particularly in the sinusus, especially as it relates to water damaged buildings (WDB). These infections can be very difficult to treat due the biofilms these fungi and yeasts produce as a defense mechanism to continue living in the body.
