Let's welcome José to our One Church family!

Dr. José Arzate joins One Church as one of the Lead Campus Pastors, bringing nearly a decade of pastoral and church-planting experience across Texas. He is the founding pastor of several thriving bilingual churches, including Northlake Español in Lago Vista and Paramount Español in Amarillo, and also planted The Bridge Church in Dallas and helped revitalize Travis Avenue Español in Fort Worth. José holds a Doctor of Ministry and a Master of Theology from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, along with a master’s degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and has been endorsed by the Send Network (NAMB) as a church planter. A passionate expository preacher with a heart for evangelism, discipleship, and multiplying disciple-makers across generations, he is deeply passionate about planting multicultural churches that reflect the diversity of the Kingdom of God. He and his wife, Natalie, along with their son, Gio, are excited to plant roots in Middle Tennessee and serve alongside the One Church family with a vision to plant a bilingual campus in the Smyrna area.
