Individual members donate their time, energy and resources which in turn, promotes a positive image of the multi-family housing industry within Rutherford County. Your attendance is vital to the success of our organization. Speakers each month give interesting programs on civic affairs, new laws, public health and safety, as well as other topics related to property management or public realtion skills. Associate membership is available to those doing business as a supplier of products and services used in the construction or operation of multi-family communities. The PMA welcomes and appreciates the participation of it's associate members. Monthly luncheon meetings are held the third Thursday of each month at 11:30 AM, unless otherwise notified. The monthly meeting structure allows members and associates a chance to network with other multi-family professionals and vendors- allowing each associate to speak about their community or business.
