PC World said it best calling it Microsoft's Windows 11 Apology Tour. Microsoft is trying to mend some fences with it's fed up users looking at other options. Personally, I'm not expecting any change but I'd be happy to be proven wrong. The biggest issue that happens with so many large ISP's and IT companies is basically handling every issue as "It's not our problem"....
