It’s no secret – leveraging a membership model is among my preferred strategies to foster patient loyalty, create consistent cashflow for your practice, and boost a patient’s lifetime value.

That said, I’m also a big believer that the best sale…is the one you never make! Sales is education, and should never feel aggressive or pushy.
