Good evening! We hope you are all having a great start to your week.
Here is our menu for the weekend.
Please let me know i I can answer questions about our dishes this weekend. We will be with our good friends at Murfreesboro Saturday Market this Saturday from 8am-12pm.
Appetizers/salads
Cornbread Salad- bell pepper, tomato, corn, kidney bean, bacon, cheddar, green onion dressing sour cream and ranch $8
Herbed Chicken Salad with grapes, and toasted almonds, herbs being used are a blend of green onions, tarragon, and parsley. $9/2 cup container.
Sandwiches
Cheesesteaks with homemade cheese wiz sauce and ribeye steak. Served with sautéed onion, mushroom and bell pepper on the side. $13/6inch sandwich
Pasta entrees
Pesto, chicken and prosciutto manicotti-
Sun-dried tomato, spinach, ricotta, mozzarella and Parmesan. Served on a bed of house made marinara. $18
Tortellini Della Nona
3 cheese tortellini served with Alfredo sauce on the side, also contains, prosciutto and peas.

Paella with Spanish chorizo, chicken and shrimp. Price TBD
Eggplant Parmesan $15
Jambalaya stuffed bell peppers. $12/ 2 stuffed bell peppers per package.

Ready to take this culinary journey with us all summer long! We will be introducing each week a new recipe from areas such as Sicily, Spain, Basque lands, Provence, France, and Greece. All are inspired by the summer season ☀️.
I think the most intriguing recipes are coming from Sicily, but I am most excited for the Spanish additions to our menu this summer!
