Na'la had a bad experience with another groomer, so earning her trust has been a journey.
The very first time we met, I groomed her right on her front porch while fixing a pretty botched haircut. From there, we took things one step at a time with a few nail trim appointments inside her living room, letting her learn that grooming could be a safe and positive experience.
Today was a huge milestone... her very first full grooming in the van! 🚐✨
She was very nervous at first, and that's completely okay. Trust isn't built in a day. It's built with patience, kindness, and meeting each pet where they are.
Just look at her expression by the end of the video. 🥹 Those soft eyes say more than words ever could.
Moments like these are exactly why I love what I do. Every pet deserves to feel safe, understood, and cared for. ❤️
