* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Madison County in central Indiana...
Southern Delaware County in east central Indiana...
Northeastern Henry County in east central Indiana...
Randolph County in east central Indiana...

* WHEN...Until 515 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 204 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Muncie, Wi******er, Yorktown, Chesterfield, Daleville, Parker City, Farmland, Lynn, Selma, Losantville, Modoc, Blountsville, Prairie Creek Reservoir and Ball State University.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

Reminder of road closures for the Ironman Muncie Race this Saturday, July 11th around Prairie Creek Reservoir and US 35 from Muncie Bypass to Blountsville. Closures start at 6am and will be back open late afternoon.
