We are so excited to share information on our new Sunday evening class! Laura will be teaching at beginning this week at 6 PM.

Celebrate the Summer Solstice/International Day of Yoga with us this week!!!!

We will be sharing an outdoor, slow-flow yoga class under the shade of the trees at camp. To join us, park at the bookstore and we will be located behind the administration building.

Cost is $10/session or $120 for the whole summer (thru September). If you can't make it this week, but would like to join our text/email list for this class, please let us know!

Mat & Water are recommended--we will have a few extra mats available.

Can't wait to see you there!!!

Lots and lots and lots going on this week at Sacred Steps!

We're now doing Yoga in Middletown twice a week-- Monday at 6 and Wednesday at 6!

VIRTUAL is back on Wednesday at 7:30.

Please note: No Classes on Tuesday due to our space being needed for an event.

And our big news...catch us on Sunday evenings while the weather is good at ! We're going to be doing an outdoor class to round out your weekend. (More details this week on this!)

Did you sleep funny? Did you reach for something in a weird way? Did you lift something too heavy? Did you fall?

A sore back is the WORST! Yoga can help!

Popping onto all 4s for a quick cat/cow stretch can help your screaming back calm down. Simply start by dropping your belly button towards the floor and shining your heart forward. Reverse by rounding your shoulders and peeking back at your belly button. Move at your own pace & with your breath!

Just a couple of minor tweaks this week--no Yoga in Middletown on Monday and we are adding a 2nd class on Wednesdays!
