If you or someone you know is experiencing hand pain due to arthritis, swelling, tendonitis, scar tissue, carpal tunnel, nerve damage or recovery from a hand surgery, you don't have to live with the pain and dysfunction that can accompany it. With the advent of more people working from home post COVID19, there has been a rise in the reported and unreported pain of the home office workers neck, shoulders, back, forearm, wrist and hands due to the poor ergonomic set up of most home offices/space and the repetitive nature of office work tasks. The good news is, pain does not have to be your new "normal" in order to continue to enjoy the benefits of working from home. I can help you resolve your pain and prevent it from returning!!
