Finished another roof today!

Just got a call from a customer that pipes are frozen!
She has PEX so she can use her hair dryer to thaw the pipes.
I am not coming out today!
Please drip your spigots at night are cover them with covers sold by Royall Hardware.

New Roof we did last week!
Lots of rot to plywood and facia.
We did all the repairs before we did the roof replacement.
Then we put on Drip edge, ice & water shield in all valleys, synthetic felt and then nail Architectural shingles on.
Clean up and leave everything good as New!

Why you should Always tear the roofing off down to the Substrate?
For years roofers covered old felt with new felt, never checking what was under there?
Now we remove everything down to the plywood and 1xs!

No Matter who does your roof make sure they REMOVE EVERYTHING!
You will be glad they did!
