Ordering a Cost Projection or Life Care Plan from us is as easy as 1, 2, 3… 4!

1️⃣ Email us medical and billing records. We have a secure file share link or we are happy to receive your preferred file sharing system!

2️⃣ Provide your clients preferred contact number. We ask that you let them know an intake specialist from ProjectWorks will be calling. Our intake call is brief, lasting only a few minutes to review their medical history!

3️⃣ Let us know your preferred fee schedule for the report. If needed, we are happy to price out the report in both Workers’ Comp and UC/Retail (for personal injury cases).

4️⃣ We will confirm we have all we need to get started and turn the report around ASAP! ✅
