Here a few question to ponder:
How do you spend your first hour upon wake?
1. Do you automatically reach for your device to check your notifications and/or scroll?
2. Do you take time out for yourself to enter a centred state of being and prepare yourself for a world-class day?

Do you find yourself easily distracted and struggling to focus?
Do you feel like you struggle to get motivated and lack energy first thing in the morning?

If so, I can only guess that you don’t follow the later of the two options above.
There’s no judgment in which one you fall closest too - it’s simply an observation. Self introspection.

If you don’t have a morning routine installed then it is all too easy to slip into autopilot-mode where just about anything and everything can determine how you start your day. And if it wasn’t obvious - how you start your day sets the the tone of how your entire day plays out - if you’re not conscious about it.

A few motivational tips to help you start installing a morning routine:

Excuses have never created geniuses.
Just because you haven’t ever started rising early, doesn’t mean that you can’t start today. Let go of any rationalisations and remember that small and CONSISTENT improvements every day lead to incredible results.

Changes can feel incredibly hard in the beginning, chaotic throughout but beautiful in the end.
Many things you now find simple most likely were difficult to begin with. With practise, early-rising can and will become easy and even automatic.

To gain results of the top 5% of high-achievers, you must start doing what 95% of people are not willing to do.
People may call you crazy but remember being labelled as “different” is just one of the prices of greatness.

When you feel like giving up - keep going.
