Property Management Company looking for a Part Time receptionist to handle a 20 line phone system (will train), Monday- Friday 12:00pm-5:00pm.

The receptionist is responsible for representing the company to everyone that walks-in, and aiding the office with different projects that the company is pursing. The receptionist is also responsible for maintaining stock for the office supplies and organizing files.

Requirements:
-High School Diploma
-Must be proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
-Must know how to use Outlook
- Be able to file and maintain filing system
- Must be able to handle calls professionally and promptly
- Ability to work under pressure

Pay:$11.00/hr
