Took two gallons on my Nigerian dwarf goats milk to make some cheese this evening! Anyone make other types of cheeses? I need some beginner level ideas and recommendations to start growing our cheese cache

GOAT MILKER NEEDED!

Looking for a reliable, routine-committed person to milk 5 Nigerian Dwarf dairy goats for 7 consecutive days while I am away.

When: June 14–21 *one visit per day* please make sure you can commit to the same time each day (+\- 2 hours)
Payment: No cash payment. This is an exchange for experience and 6-7 gallons of goat's milk.
Experience: Not necessary! I will train you on everything before I leave.
How: You can milk by hand or use our milking machine (simple pulse).
The Perk: You keep the entire week's yield of fresh, raw milk (about 1 gallon per day).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring homesteader, crafter, or someone wanting to see if goats/milk is for them before making the commitment.

You must be dependable, as the goats rely on a strict daily schedule!
