We just closed on an all in $1.9M value-add apartment building in the West Edgewater neighborhood! This one is extra special because I grew up here 30 years ago, and now my brother and I are buying up buildings in the area we call home. 🏙️

We LOVE taking these classic old Chicago brick buildings and giving them a fresh, modern interior while restoring the iconic facade to its original charm. 🧱✨

Level Builders, our in-house construction company, will be doing all the work! 🛠️ It’s always great having both a real estate and a construction company under one roof! 🙌
