Yes, we want our dancers to step out under the bright stage lights with their heads held high, executing every sharp jazz line, clean turn, and synchronized pose with absolute poise. We love seeing them look successful, proud, and completely in their element! 😎💃

But what makes our hearts burst even more is the culture that happens off-stage and in between rehearsals. It’s the way these exact same dancers clap for each other, hold the door, help fix a stray hairpiece, and welcome new faces into their group lines with open arms.

At Open Arts, technique is the tool, but character is the goal. We believe that true success isn't just about being a great dancer—it’s about being a great human being. 🫶 And it's what "Honoring the HEART in he ARTS" is all about.
