First Federal Savings Bank is expanding our team! We are currently seeking applicants for a Teller Supervisor Trainee position based out of our Morris branch. Requires travel and working in various branch offices.

Essential Job Functions
• Process and balance account transactions
• Provide high-quality, personalized customer service
• Building customer relationships and developing business
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of products and services
• Draft and send professional correspondence as needed
• Provide referral business to insurance personnel
• Perform miscellaneous duties as required
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
• Experience in banking, sales and/or customer service
