Happy Easter!

He rode into town, on a borrowed, c**t donkey, to a huge, heroes welcome. They laid out a bed of palm branches, and even their own cloaks for him to ride in on. They cheered and shouted their praises, to this young man. In a few short days, these same fans would mock and jeer as he was brought out, beaten severely, with a proven murderer, in front of them all, to be asked who should be aquitted. The once adoring fans shouted without hesitation, "Crucify Him"! Today is Palm Sunday, and Holy Week begins. Remember His agony on our behalf. But more importantly, remember what His sacrifice was for. Us, His loved ones, His friends, giving us all the gift of going Home, eternal life to join Him when our work here is done. It's not about what church or religion you attend or ascribe to, if any at all. It's about the Greatest Act of Love, and believing in Him. Pure and simple, and so incredibly beautiful.
