Evolution Cheer

I sat and watched the last 15 minutes of a two-hour practice tonight.

When the gym feels like a sauna, legs are heavy, lungs are burning, and the dance has been run more times than anyone can count.

And it reminded me of something…

Effort isn’t about what you do when you’re fresh. It’s about what you choose to give when you feel like you have nothing left.

Anyone can perform when they’re rested. Growth happens when you’re exhausted and still decide to give your best.

That’s the kind of effort that can’t be measured by a score sheet.
