Following Kentucky’s primary election, the Republican Party of Kentucky released the following statement:

Mail-In Absentee ended last night at 11:59pm. You still have until May 19 at 6pm to get yours back to the office if you received one.

Excused, In-person absentee voting started today in the office from 8am-4pm. That is for people that are not going to be here for Early Voting or on Election Day. You can come into the office on May 6th, 7th, 8th, 11th, 12th & 13th.

In-person Early Voting will be at the Carl Perkins Center on May 14th, 15th & 16th. From 8am-4pm.

Election Day is May 19th. From 6am-6pm. No matter where you live, you can vote at any of the polling locations. Visit rowan.countyclerk.us to see the locations.

Elwood

The Rowan County GOP will hold our monthly meeting on Tuesday, May 12, at 6:00 PM at Reno’s. The Republican Party of Kentucky will join us to give an overview of the door-knocking app, help get you set up on the platform, and share a statewide Republican update.

All 2026 candidates and volunteers planning to door-knock will not want to miss this meeting!
