Had a Great Time at the Campaign kick-off party for Owen Werner, candidate for MN House 9B. It was great to see Nicholas Hanson District 9a and Krystyne Knutson for SD9 there as well. Democracy is a team sport and I’m really excited to support these candidates. Lots of parades, door knocking events and fundraising going on. Lean in and help somewhere 💙🩵

Fun fact, in my first term in the MN House I partnered with Hulu on a Documentary about Q***r families in the Midwest and how WE LIVE HERE! I've always been bold in who I am and I knew it was important to use my voice as an example of hope for our LGBTQIA2+ families.
