Our plan is to go into small businesses and help them identify the correct social media platform for their business model and needs. We do not necessarily manage the online media profiles of our customers, but rather identify unique solutions for them, connecting them to whatever social media will make them become known in the community to their constituents. Knowing the challenge of learning new media platforms, we provide support while our customers adjust to the new software.
