Good morning fellow earthlings/ avatars. Anyone else feeling these crazy solar, galactic, planetary energies? Whew...even with hydration, grounding and meditation, they are kicking my butt. My main symptom is not sleeping-at all when they ramp up. Be gentle on yourselves, it's going to be a bumpy ride...

I loved my daughter Bri's recent post about listening to our bodies and resting when necessary. We are very good at ignoring our bodies signals but when we listen instead, and rest, we help our bodies accomplish more.

Have any of you considered the idea that we may be living in a Simulation? The more I read about it, the more it makes sense. Being an Avatar in a simulated "game" makes life more humorous, in my opinion. I no longer take things so seriously. We are eternal beings, "jacked" into a simulated reality, is what I'm thinking right now. It's all a show...
