⭐ We follow OSHA guidelines even though we are not legally required to because of how many employees we have, but we train monthly on OSHA and anytime we hire someone!

⭐ We have monthly staff meetings where we go over cleaning techniques, communication, things that are going well, things that are not going well, and things that we could be doing better!

⭐ We pay our employees above minimum wage and we pay them for office time, staff meetings, and all of their drive time to and from various jobs and our office!!
