Drake Law Practice seeks full or part time Legal Assistant / Paralegal. Firm focuses on Estate planning, Medicaid and Probate.

Job duties includes document preparation, document review/organization, some correspondence/file/document management, client calls, and drafting of pleadings for filing and communication with various local courts.

Relevant experience or Bachelor’s Degree desired or Paralegal Degree/Certificate. Should be comfortable in Microsoft Windows. Clio experience a plus. Occasionally lift up to 15 lbs. Ability to work effectively and professionally with attorneys, other paralegals, support staff, clients and outside organizations.

Looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail and task oriented. Though you have the ability to maintain a flexible schedule, general office hours are Monday through Friday, 9 to 5. Occasionally may need to stay until 6 p.m. when your schedule allows. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.
