Hello everyone and Happy New Year! I don't have a big New Year's resolution other than becoming more active with encouraging others to Get Their House In Order. 💯

Just the other day we had to update/revise my mom's Will because my sister passed in 2019 and she was listed as a beneficiary. If she had stayed listed on the Will it would have changed the dynamic of the distribution once the Will was probated.

Each state has different probate laws and is important to know what those are and consult a lawyer before putting your important documents in place.

Please take the time and ensure you are protecting yourself and your family by making sure those important estate planning documents are in place!!
