Jefferson State Community College is offereing a program to help grow customer service professionals skills in communication, relationship management, and problem solving. Information session on the semester will be February 4th at 6 PM in room 156 in the Judy Merritt Building on the Shelby Campus. Semester begins April 1st! ASK was honored to join other amazing local companies in providing input for the program and cannot wait to see how the program helps grow more customer service professionals in Alabama!
