The Tooth Zone

It’s with heavy heart that after almost 25 years of the Tooth Zone Dental Practice being open our doors will have to close at the end of May due to our only Doctor retiring because of medical reasons. We are so thankful for all the years we have been able to provide dental services for you and your family. If your child is 14 years old or younger you can reach out to Dentist 4 Children to schedule your Child/Children an appointment. If you need your child’s dental records the biological parent will need to come into the office with valid picture ID as soon as possible to fill out a record release form or the new dentist office can request them from us, if they need them. Again we are thankful that you entrusted us with your child’s dental needs for so long.
