After 28 years of service in the United States Air Force, CMSgt Neco Johnson is preparing to hang up the uniform, leaving behind a legacy of leadership, mentorship, and unwavering commitment to Airmen and their families all over the world.

His impact has been felt not only across the force, but right here at the First Sergeant Academy, where he has helped shape generations of First Sergeants as an instructor, Director of Operations, and the Commandant.
