AFSA Chapter 444

Last night Chapter 444 Leadership put on a pizza, ice cream and scary movie party for our dorm airmen on Maxwell AFB. Our own Sgt Partee gave an amazing briefing on what AFSA can do for them! Big shout out to the rest of the Executive Council members for helping with this event!

We are in the final week to sign up for the first tournament at Lagoon Park Disc Golf Course. Sign-ups end Friday at 5 pm. This tournament is benefitting the local Air Force Sergeants Association which assists military members and families and fights for their military, health, housing and retirement benefits on Capitol Hill.

The weather is starting to look amazing, calm, and dry for this weekend! Sunny an 80s are projected for Saturday with 2-6 mph winds! Sounds like a perfect time to come play disc golf! We’ve been doing a lot of work to the course in preparation for the event and can’t wait to show it to everyone playing!

Remember players receive a disc from Lone Star Disc and a bag of beef jerky from Big Country Beef Jerky. You can get breakfast and lunch items from Fat Man’s BBQ just up the road from the course.
