Hubble House Inn

In the front door entry, this female figure light on the stair post is the house guardian. Folklore says a lit lamp at the entrance acts as a signal of hospitality, safety, and a deterrent to evil spirits. This light was converted from an oil lamp to electric by the Hubble’s during their residence and it still shines each night in the house.
