Some exciting updates to share on our construction project in Union city, which has recently been branded as “Mirador at Union City.” Exterior work is nearing the finish line with vinyl siding almost completely installed along with windows, while exterior trim and façade details are still being worked on. Elsewhere, unit interiors have begun taking shape as well, as the team has started to add kitchen fixtures such as cabinets and countertops, and bathroom tiling is being assembled. Progress is happening every day and we can’t wait to share snapshots of the interiors as they start to round into form soon. Check back for marketing updates in the near future too as we start prepping for the lease-up phase.

Wishing all mothers a belated but very Happy Mother’s Day! Across RPM properties, our Social Services team coordinated a variety of thoughtful activities to celebrate and honor the incredible moms in our community.

From DIY bath salts and facial kits to tea sets and build-your-own flower bouquets, each gift was curated to show our appreciation and support. Residents also enjoyed arts and crafts sessions, along with special brunches, luncheons, and dinners held in their honor.

It was a wonderful opportunity to recognize and celebrate all that mothers do every day.
