February marks the ever-important Black History Month!

While it’s important to celebrate diversity in all forms year-round, this month is especially important to acknowledge people of color both in your organization and outside of it.

Black History Month is as much a celebration for Black people of all things Black—from history to culture and achievement—as it is about educating non-Black people to create empathy, proximity and connection with people.
