Being “healthy” can mean many things. Sleep, nutrition, hydration, rest, movement, meditation, social time are just a few examples- you know what it means to you.

I see Connie at least once a month for Intuitive Thai Yoga. I think of it as a combo of assisted stretching, massage and energy work. I leave our sessions feeling more relaxed, loose and flexible. This is me earlier this week with Connie (as you can see winter is here and I will be wearing a hat for the next 5 months because I’m freezing!).

I always look forward to these sessions and taking the time to self care in this way. Thank you Connie!
