Our job coaches and staff work with individuals in three different levels of support 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3, staff to person served ratios. The ultimate goal is to reduce maladaptive behaviors and develop skills that will allow for the transition to a less restrictive setting and ultimately create meaningful relationships, including obtaining paid employment.
