I am getting lots of calls and messages regarding Internet service being down.

As power is restored your modem and router will boot back up, lights will flash and might even look like it should be connected but very well may not work.

Please remember that SCE (or whatever power company you have), Spectrum, ATT or Giggle Fiber are all separate and have separate infrastructures to maintain.

This means that just because one service comes up it doesn't mean the other will be immediately available.

As I type this on my phone in a house with no power I'm reminded that patience is the key. All any of us can do it wait.
