Watching Justin grow over the last year has been something special. Not only has he grown tremendously as an artist, but he's grown as a person too.

His work is incredible. His linework is clean, consistent, and downright impeccable. Even more impressive is the work ethic behind it. He's the guy who's already here when most people are still on their way. He opens the shop, lights the candles, vacuums the floors, gets everything ready, and never waits to be told what needs to be done. If something needs doing, Justin just does it.

He's always eager to learn, always willing to help, and never hesitates to stay late when the team needs him. Though he's a man of few words, his actions speak louder than anything he could ever say.

The respect his fellow artists have for him says it all. He's talented, dependable, kind, humble, and an absolute asset to this team.
