Wrapped up another landscape drainage project this week.
We extended the dry creek bed, installed a drainage box to capture runoff from a gutter downspout, and finished it off with new Zoysia sod. The goal was to improve drainage, reduce erosion, and create a natural look that fits the property's wooded setting.
The new creek bed blends seamlessly into the landscape, directs water away from the home, and adds a clean, finished appearance. The fresh Zoysia ties everything together and will provide a dense, durable lawn once fully established.
Simple improvements like these can make a big difference in both function and curb appeal.

This project in Madison is off to a great start. Both walkways and patio are built. Will be installing irrigation this coming week with sod soon after. Looking forward to finished look.
