James Allen Lee will be transitioning this summer to an in-house role at a local business.
R. Kenneth Helms, Jr., Stephen M. Bennett, and Nicole Price will remain at the firm, which will soon rename as Helms Bennett, PA. Ken, Stephen, and Nicole will continue to focus on civil litigation, business law, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning, and estate administration.
