I’ve been blowing up Instagram today with farmhouse photos, so I thought I’d share here as well! The house got gutters today. Rock around the porch, landscaping, and a driveway and the exterior will be complete! You’d never know this place was rotted and falling down a few months ago. Windows, siding, roof, gutters, you name it, it’s all been replaced and done the right way! Southern Elite Contracting and Southern Charm Designs would love to help you with a renovation project! It’s been a minute since I did a farmhouse update mainly because we’ve been working on things that don’t make beautiful photos like trim, doors, irrigation, and paint which when done well takes time. I do however have some pictures of the barn painted. We are so excited about how it turned out. One more X to paint at the top and it’s finished, and one more week of school and it’s summer!! I’m super excited to be home to supervise and get this project finished! Don’t forget Southern Elite Contracting does every bit of the work you see pictured on this page.
